Step 1: Send Your MAC Address
Before setting up your device, you need to provide us with your device’s MAC address. Here’s how:
- Locate Your MAC Address:
- Turn on your MAG device and go to Settings > About. You’ll find the MAC address there. Alternatively, you can take a photo of the back of your device where the MAC address is displayed.
- The MAC address format is typically: 00:1A:79:00:00.
- Send Us Your Information:
- Email or WhatsApp us your MAC address along with your order ID. Be sure to mention the type of device you’re using (e.g., MAG, Formuler, TVIP box).
Once we receive your MAC address, we’ll send you the portal URL you need to configure your device.
Step 2: Configure Your Device
Now that you have received the portal URL, follow these steps to set up your device:
- Access System Settings:
- On your device, navigate to Settings > System Settings > Servers > Portals.
- Enter the Portal URL:
- In the Portal URL field, enter the URL provided in the email. Be sure to type it exactly as shown to avoid errors. You can name the portal anything you like.
- Press OK to save the settings.
